
Due to the Corona Virus, the worst thing happened is that Tourism Industry got crashed and moreover, the travellers and backpackers have to cancel their plans who were thinking to fill more places in their bucket lists.
But after the confirmation of Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh that no E-registration and COVID-19 negative report is required, now it’s the best time for the trekkers and travellers to explore Himachal Pradesh. Nowadays, Trekking is becoming more popular amongst youngsters and they love to trek.
So in this blog, I have come up with some easy treks in Himachal Pradesh that anyone can do and enjoy trekking on their own terms.

Triund Trek
This trek is one of my favourite trek amongst all. Triund Trek starts from Gallu temple (Dharamkot). The trail is short but steep and can be covered in 4-6 hours depending upon your trekking speed.
The view of snow-covered Dhauladhar ranges and Kangra Valley is exceptional and breathtaking. Earlier you can tent or you can get a tent on rent but now first you need to ask the locals or travel agents, is tenting is allowed or not.
Trekking Days: 2 days (if you can tent)
Altitude: 9350 ft
Trek Distance: 9km
Best time to trek: September – December

Kheerganga Trek
If you are a Beginner and loves to do trekking then this trek is the right choice for you. This trek starts from Barshaini which is around 22km from Kasol in Parvati valley, has a beautiful giant mountains view and you will get a hot spring when you reach Kheerganga.
The best part is you can tent and enjoy stargazing at night with cold wind and born fire.

Altitude: 9,711 ft
Trek Distance: 12 km
Best time to Trek: August to December and March to May

Prashar Lake Trek
This trek is best for beginners which are surrounding by Dhauladhar ranges in Kullu Valley. This place has a 180-degree view of Pir Pinjal, Dhauladhar and Kinnaur Mountain ranges.
There are two routes to start your trek, one from Baggi Village and the other from Jwalapur Village. If you are a beginner then choose the trek from Baggi village as Jwalapur village route is a bit difficult to trek.
Trekking Days: 1-2 days
Altitude: 8,960 ft
Trek Distance: 7.5 km from Baggi village
Best time to trek: August to October and December to February (if you want to enjoy snow)

Bijli Mahadev Trek
This trek is named after Bijli Mahadev Mandir which is a Temple of Lord Shiva is one of the easiest treks with beautiful scenic mountains view.
The trek starts from Chansari village which is around 14 km away from Kullu. You can take a bus or a private taxi to reach this place. The trek is beautiful with orchids and small villages on the way and you will love the small trek. This place remains closed in winters due to heavy snowfall

Altitude: 8,000 ft
Trek Distance: Approx. 3 km
Best Time to Trek: March to May

Dainkund Trek
This place has the highest peak in the region of Dalhousie and this trek is perfect for those who are thrill seekers and loves adventure. Reaching to the top after trekking, 360-degree view of the entire valley will make you speechless.
The trek starts from Alpha Village which is around 6km from Dalhousie.
Trekking Days: 1 day
Altitude: 9,000 ft
Trek Distance: 4.5 km
