How to Make Vegetable Lasagna at Home?

If you have opened this post, I have no doubt you actually a big foodie and want to know the easy recipe to make Vegetable Lasagna at home. In this pandemic, all of us know the situation and wanted to go out to the clubs, do parties and eat delicious food of restaurant and clubs. Many of us bother about themselves and their families to be safe in the COVID-19 pandemic. So why to wait for the situation to get normal and have outside food if you can easily make anything at home, Hot and Fresh and eat as much as you can and get fat, therefore I have come up with an amazing recipe that everyone loves to eat and with loads of cheese in it.

At first, We have to collect Ingredients for Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients :

Tomatoes – 2
Onion – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Butter – 1tsp
Maida – 2 tsp
Milk – 1 glass boiled
Processed cheese cube – 4
Pizza cheese – 1pack

Bread slices – 8

Carrots – 1
Capsicum 1 each (red-yellow-green )
Corn – 1/4th pack
Mushroom – 1/2 pack
Olives – 10-15

After Collecting the Ingredients, tight your Apron and get ready to make white and red sauce for lasagna.

White Sauce :

In a pan add 2tsp butter and let it melt. Add maida 1.5tsp let it turn it a bit pale colour and add milk, mix properly no lumps. You can dance when blending, bring 1 boil to add oregano, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper to taste and a pinch of sugar.
At last, add 1 cube of process cheese and when it melts, keep the sauce aside. let’s make the other sauce.

Red Sauce :

Grind 2 Tomatoes and 1small onion till your satisfaction,
Add 1tsp oil in a pan, ginger-garlic pastes and add the tomatoes paste to it. Let it cook till paste leaves oil, add 2tsp ketchup, 1 tsp pizza pasta sauce, oregano, chilli flakes, Lil pepper and salt to taste. Take care of sauce consistency. Add water if required unless hydrate yourself.

What to do with Vegetable?

Cut all the veggies in small cubical shape in a pan, add Lil oil, capsicum, and carrots ( grated ). Let it cook for a minute then add onions, mushroom n corn.
Add salt and pepper to taste n cook on high flame to get crush in veggies.

Time to Assemble them All

Cut the corner of the bread and roll them into thin slice. Take any pan that works in Oven/OTG.

Put a very thin layer of red sauce and white sauce, place the bread covering the full base,
Add a layer of both the sauces, add a good amount of veggies, layer it with processed cheese and pizza cheese as much as you love it. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes, repeat the same layering process till the top and at last cover it with lots of process cheese n pizza cheese, add cheese till you your heart wants to eat.

Bake it for 25 mins at 180℃, cover it with foil paper. Take it out from the oven carefully and have a restaurant like a dish at home, HOT AND FRESH.
