Bread has become the necessity for almost all of us and is available most of the time at home. When we don’t want to cook food or we don’t have time to prepare food then Bread comes as a saviour to beat our hunger. We Indians love to experiment with bread and consume in various ways like toast, sandwiches and sometimes like a roti with Sabzi. Share with me if you have done any experiment with it.
What if you feeling hungry at late night and you wish to make a pizza for yourself but you don’t have the pizza base? What if we can make pizza taking bread as a base? It’s healthy, easy to make and will take only 10 mins to cook.
So today I have come up with very simple food recipe you can make for you, can eat anytime and become a smart chef.
First what we need in INGREDIENTS?
Wheat / Multigrain bread ( recommended )
How to prepare a bread pizza?
First, take a bread, some pizza sauce and mayonnaise, mix it well and apply an edge to edge. If you are a cheese lover you can sprinkle some cheese on it then add some vegetables. In vegetable, you can have capsicums, onion, corn, paneer, tomato or any other veggies you want to eat. I mostly prefer to add corn, onions and capsicum. you can also add black olives and jalapeños if you like to have in your pizza.
Now sprinkle oreganos and chilli flakes on you pizza bread.
At last, add the king of ingredients for pizza bread which is mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. You can bring Amul’s diced Mozzarella and cheddar cheese, as this cheese is already diced so you don’t need to waste your time to grate it.
If you are a cheese lover then apply as per your need and greed ‘lol’. Till the time you are preparing it, preheat the oven for 10 mins.
Last but Important
After preparations are done, take the baking plate, apply some oil or butter on it and place the bread over it.
Bake it for about 10 mins at 150 to 180℃ depending on the crunch you need. Check whether the cheese is melted or not, if melted then take the pizza bread out from the oven carefully.
Your delicious, easy to make pizza bread is ready.
