5 Ways to Boost your Metabolism

After the coronavirus hit the entire world with its power, lakhs of people have died, millions of people are affected by this virus, but no one knows how to cure this virus. Those who are affected by COVID-19 are not getting the specific medication because it’s not yet made.
Till now we cannot stop the virus but we can work on our body to be healthier. Our body can fight the virus strongly by increasing metabolism and even helps in speedy recovery.
In this blog, I’m going to tell you some easy ways by which you can boost your metabolism and if corona catches you then your body can fight with it in a much faster way with medication.

Drink More water

Water can be the best source for increasing metabolism. Water can even help you in losing weight. Studies state that drinking 500ml (17ounches) of water increases resting metabolism by 10-40% for about an hour.
If you intake water in a proper manner which I have already covered in a blog (how to drink water), you can increase your metabolism faster.
So try to drink water at least 2 litres in a day and try to replace sugary drinks with water.

High-Intensity Workout Is Perfect

If you want to boost your metabolism much quicker then you must do HIIT (High-Intensity interval training). This workout involves quick and intense bursts of activity.
The HIIT is so effective that it can help you burn more fat by increasing your metabolic rate and make your body stronger to fight against the virus.

Good Sleep is Important

Nowadays, most of the youngsters do not sleep at night which is actually not good for health. This habit can make you insomniac and decrease metabolism.
So try to sleep early at night and wake up early as even a good sleep can increase your metabolic rate and can safe you from many other diseases. Good sleep can even boost your hunger hormone gherkin and decrease the fullness hormone leptin.

Consume Juices and Green Tea

Another best way to boost your metabolism is by drinking fresh juices, green tea and coffee. Studies state that caffeine can boost metabolism by 3-11% and green tea by 4-5%.
You can take amla juice, mix fruit juice which will boost your metabolism. Giloy Juice and Wheatgrass juice is best to improve your metabolism and even help you prevent you from chronic diseases.

Never miss a meal

If you want to be healthy and strong, then you need to be conscious of your good diet. Diet or proper meal plays the important role in boosting your metabolism.
Your proper Diet depends on what you are eating when you are eating and how much you are eating. You should take green vegetables and vitamin c sourced fruits more. You can also take supplements like Nutrilite Daily, Omega 3,6, Vitamins etc.

If you follow these ways then you don’t need to worry for any virus or chronic diseases and if you are caught by COVID-19 and you are following these ways then you this virus will not harm you much.
