The whole world is suffering from coronavirus and it was declared as a global pandemic by WHO (World Health Organization). Though we know to follow the guidelines like wearing a mask, using alcohol sanitizer, social distancing etc, but we also have to keep in mind that there’s no vaccination available in the world yet and no proven home remedy to protect us from the virus.

Doctors say that if you have a good immune system then your body can safeguard you from any disease, even if its Covid-19 and proper diet and sleep has a direct relation with a healthy Immune system.
